• I do not accept health insurance, but I can assist you with utilizing out of network benefits (OON) if you have a plan that offers this. I provide an invoice after every session that you can submit for reimbursement. I also partner with a service called Mentaya that charges you a small fee to submit your claims for you (they do the labor and lift of engaging with your insurance so you don’t have to).

  • Individual : 50 minutes at $200/session

    Couples/relationship counseling: 1 hour at $225/session

    Child/adolescent: 50 minutes at $250/session

  • Yes, I am accepting new clients. I currently provide psychotherapy on Mondays and Tuesdays.

    I have in person appointments available Monday morning/early afternoon. I have virtual appointments available at a variety of hours on Tuesdays.

  • I do offer sliding scale rates. Currently, my sliding scale slots below $150 are full. If you are interested in sliding scale above $150, but below my full fee, please note that in your inquiry.

  • I ask clients to cancel within 48 hours of a scheduled session in order to avoid a cancellation fee (the full rate). There is no fee for sessions cancelled in advance. I work to take context into account when charging a cancellation fee. If I have availability, I will offer another time within the same week to help avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Consistent, weekly sessions will build the most momentum and allow us to create a strong therapeutic relationship. This is within the context/understanding that there will be times we do not meet due to time off and life circumstances.

  • There are many reasons people terminate, such as completing their goals or wanting to practice the skills they have learned on their own. My hope is that you will grow more confident in your ability to manage what brought you in initially. When that happens, we can talk about how you want approach therapy next; Some people choose to leave and others choose to stay, but there is no right or wrong answer.
